You sat in circles in women’s groups. 

You may have even gone to a female sex positive retreat or workshop.  

And yet, they hyped you up for a bit and now, here you are with the same patterns and the same frustrations wondering, “if this is it.  This is as good as it gets”  

When is it my turn?

You're a woman in your 40’s, 50’s and 60’s.

You should be grateful right?  

and you've tried every divine feminine/feminine energy/authenticity training tactic out there, but nothing seems to be working long term

As women, we are the embodiment of divine feminine energy - powerful, intuitive, and infinitely creative.

Yet too often, we've been taught to dim our light, to shrink ourselves to fit societal expectations.

- to embrace the fullness of who we are, to heal the wounds of our past, and to manifest the abundant, joyful lives we were born to live.

Don't repeat the same boring patterns

Stuck doing the same thing for the rest of your life while you watch others have creative, sacred, passionate lives.  

Don't let the past define you

Constantly feeling like the things that happened when you were young really does define you, trying forgiveness, shadow work, journaling and cold plunges over and over again - to come up short time and time again

Don't regret what could have been

Look back on your life with regret wishing you’d have learned the simple method to live passionately, and creatively, with great boundaries and able to say what’s on your mind instead of settling for fine.

Don't be uncomfortable in your own body

Feeling frumpy and like you missed some important piece about living passionately.

This is Laurel. She came with so many beliefs about how to do it; how to meditate, how to pray, how to be the perfect mom and friend and daughter and business owner and how to co-parent. 

That she was exhausted. 

When we worked on releasing all the prescriptions she had accepted she found her true calling, her business exploded and opened another location, and she began doing what she loves most; traveling.

Kelly

Kelly has always been a spiritual person, going to mass and devoting her life as a nurse to grace. But she would stop her spiritual practice, and let the day and work drama weigh her down.

 When she let go of how it “should” look and had permission to pray and meditate her way, everything changed. 

 Now she’s getting her docrotate and opening a hospice home.
